A Local Who Turned A Passion For The Outdoors Into A Business
Founded in 2023 by Cooper Wagner, TimberTech Land Solutions LLC is a family-owned, locally operated tree service and land clearing company serving Northeast Florida.
Built On Hard Work And Referrals
TimberTech Land Solutions started with one guy who liked being outside more than being behind a desk. Cooper Wagner founded the company in 2023, and what began as a small operation quickly grew into a company property owners across Jacksonville, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach call by name.
We are fully licensed and insured, and we treat every yard, every tree, and every job the same way we would treat our own property. That approach is the entire reason the company has grown on repeat clients and referrals rather than advertising.
Today TimberTech handles everything from a single trim on a residential lot to full land clearing on multi-acre parcels, plus 24/7 emergency response when storms roll through Northeast Florida.

What Neighbors Are Saying
Cooper & his crew came out to trim our entire yard, we have a lot of trees and they did a fantastic job at an extremely fair price. Cooper is a fantastic communicator, and even facetimed me to show me the yard when he was finished since I was on the road. I highly recommend Timbertech Land Solutions to anyone wanting to spruce up their trees and do it with a company who cares.
I cannot say enough about this company. First they were early, not late! They were the politest young men I have met in a long time, and they truly enjoy their job! I had a "dead from the Freeze" Norfolk pine that looked like 5 trees but all came from the same original trunk, and all were in excess of 100 feet tall. They were done cutting in about an hour and took another hour to clean up. It looked better than when they arrived. I cannot say enough about their ability, pricing and results!
The team came out same day, did a wonderful job and cleaned up. Even the owners came out after they were done, to make sure we were happy! Great team!
Such a professional group! I had a call after 5 for an injured cat that was chased up a tree by a fox. They came out immediately, tried a few different options, then had their climber go up and get my cat! Ty guys!
Cooper and his crew did an outstanding job removing two pine trees, couldn't have asked for better!
Guys did a great job clearing one of my lots down to dirt. Very professional crew. Would recommend them to anyone looking for any tree work.
They did a great job clearing the easement behind my property.
Cooper and his crew took care of some overhanging tree branches and my palm. They provided a fair price, were very polite, and communicated with me, which is appreciated! They did a great job.
Cooper came out with the crew of Chase and Gabriel. Needed a big live oak trimmed and 6 small to medium sized pines cut down. Gave me a fair price including hauling off the tree debris. Great job. Honest hard working young men. Got a tree that needs trimming before storm season? Give Cooper a call. Prompt service.
Very good experience with these guys. Very professional young men that know what they are doing. Took down 2 Gigantic Maples and gave me a deal. Definitely will be using them again.
Cut down a tree in my yard. Very professional. Removed all of the tree and left my yard very clean. We will definitely use them again.
